What you get back

The full price you paid for the product. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping is not refunded on orders where it was charged.

How to start a return

1. Email support@getnaturesgold.com within 60 days of your ship date. Include your order number.
2. We reply with a return address and a return number. Write that number on the outside of the box.
3. Ship the bottles back, empty or full.
4. Your refund is issued to your original payment method once the return arrives. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Orders placed through our secure checkout partner Digistore24 can also be refunded by contacting Digistore24 directly using the link in your order confirmation email. The same 60-day guarantee applies.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
