What's in the box
Premium Menopause Support
3 capsules daily
Black cohosh, wild yam, red clover, dong quai, DIM and turmeric on the hormonal side. Ashwagandha, chaste berry and rhodiola for mood. Ginseng, ginkgo, maca and flaxseed. Vitamin D, E and B6.
Magnesium Glycinate
250 mg, from 1,786 mg magnesium glycinate
Glycinate specifically, because it is the form that is gentle on your stomach and the form associated with rest. Its own bottle, its own dose, printed on the label where you can check it.
Probiotic, 40 Billion CFU
4 strains, acid-resistant delivery
Built to get past your stomach acid instead of dying there. This is the one almost no menopause product includes, and forty billion is the number on the Supplement Facts panel.
How that compares to what's on the shelf
| The Reset Stack | A typical menopause pill | |
|---|---|---|
| Hormonal support botanicals | Yes | Usually |
| Anything aimed at the gut side of estrogen | Yes | No |
| Magnesium dosed on its own | 250 mg, on the label | Rarely, and rarely stated |
| Probiotic CFU on the Supplement Facts panel | 40 billion | Usually none at all |
| Number of bottles you're sold | Three | One, or nine |
| Tested by an independent, accredited lab | Yes | Varies, often not stated |
| Sold direct, no retail margin | Yes | No |
Compared against the common features of menopause supplements sold at retail. Not a comparison to any one named brand.

Questions people ask
Will this interact with my hormone therapy?
Talk to your doctor first, especially if you have a liver condition. Bring the label with you. Every ingredient is printed on it.
How long before I know if it's working?
Give it at least forty-five days. Then check in with yourself while you're still inside the sixty-day guarantee.
That's seven capsules a day. Why?
Three from the menopause formula, two magnesium, two probiotic. Each one is dosed for what it's actually doing rather than squeezed into a single pill at an amount too small to matter. That's the trade-off, and we'd rather be honest about it than hide it.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship from the United States with tracking. You get the tracking number by email as soon as your box leaves.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every order is covered for sixty days. Email us within sixty days and send the bottles back, empty ones included. You get a full refund on the product. No questions asked.
Is it safe with my medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and take the bottles with you so they can read the labels. Every ingredient is printed on the Supplement Facts panel.
Why does it cost what it costs?
We sell direct, so there is no distributor or store margin in the price. That difference goes into the longer packages, which is why six months is the lowest price per bottle.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once, and nobody charges your card again.
What's happening to you has a mechanism. It isn't a character flaw, it isn't stress, and it isn't you being dramatic.
The reason nobody explained it to you isn't that it's unexplainable. It's that the person you asked had six minutes and no training in it.
You're allowed to want to feel like yourself again.
